A very personable and professional experience from start to finish. A completely different experience from most of the previous car buying experiences I have had. Tim went out of his way to make it efficient, straightforward and pleasant; no pressure selling, just honest discussion. A couple of minor things needed sorting out, which he did without hesitation. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Well what can I say? 5 star service. From the initial phone call to handing over the car, just brilliant. The salesman was very pleasant and helpful, he took the time to tell all he knew about the vehicle before taking me on a good test drive. I was allowed to check over the vehicle with no pressure , then when I went to pick up the car he had made there was fuel in it (first time ever, normally running on fumes). Well done Guys I would definitely recommend and return to East Markham for my next car Thanks again

From 1st call to collecting car you could honestly not get better service and attention. The guy who runs this previously owned 2 Honda dealerships and you can tell!! Straight talking and honest when conducting deal and car was absolutely immaculate as described and ready on the dot. I am a retired main dealer sales man so I know the crack and honestly could not be happier with service this guy provides and quality of cars. This car was for my wife and when I am ready for one myself I will buy from this guy!!
